- Ideal for smoking fish, pork, poultry, beef, cheese, bread, and vegetables (when using wood chips), as well as for low-temperature cooking with light smoking.
- The amount of smoke produced can be adjusted (the design is legally protected by an EPO patent).
- Condensation hoods are not suitable for use with the smoker AC/SMK insert, as they do not allow direct connection to external extraction.
- Used with charcoal and wood chips.
- The SMOKER AC/SMK is dishwasher safe.
