- Stainless steel Ø 4.5 mm grinding plate included as standard.
- Grinding head protection allows use of plates with holes larger than Ø 8 mm.
- Fan-cooled motor with IP55 protection is designed for intensive and continuous operation.
- Transmission with gears running in oil bath ensures reliable and smooth operation.
- Double sealing system protects area between grinding head and motor against liquid ingress.
- AISI 304 stainless steel grinding head is completely removable and secured by lever without tools.
- Removable AISI 304 stainless steel feed tray with square feed opening facilitates fast repeated grinding.
- Low-voltage 24 V controls with IP67 protection and reverse function in case of blockage.
- Plastic pusher for safe feeding of meat into feed opening.
