Individual models differ mainly in basket size, maximum glass height, washing cycle duration and capacity. Depending on the model, they are available with mechanical or digital controls and different equipment options.

How to choose a commercial glasswasher
One of the most important factors when choosing a glasswasher is the washing basket size. Smaller models with 350 × 350 or 400 × 400 mm baskets are suitable primarily for glasses and glassware. A larger basket allows more glasses to be washed in a single cycle and increases washing capacity.
The maximum glass height is also important. For tall glasses, beer glasses or other larger glassware, check the loading height of the specific model to ensure that the glasses can be safely placed inside the washing chamber.
Washing cycle duration and the number of baskets per hour determine how quickly the machine can provide a fresh supply of clean glasses. For larger volumes of glassware, a higher-capacity model or a machine offering multiple washing cycles is recommended.
The drainage arrangement must also be considered during installation. If the drain is positioned sufficiently low and water can flow away by gravity, a drain pump is not required. If the drain is positioned higher or the installation does not allow reliable gravity drainage, a model with a drain pump is required.
For bar glasswashers, we recommend a detergent dispenser to ensure consistent and controlled dosing of detergent during washing cycles. When selecting a specific model, check whether the detergent dispenser and drain pump are included as standard equipment or need to be ordered separately.
