System of 8 infrared quartz tubes provides instant start-up without preheating, while conveyor speed and heating power can be adjusted to suit each product. Oven prepares panini, toasted sandwiches and pizzas in approximately 1 minute 30 seconds, mini pizzas in 50 seconds, and thawed chicken nuggets or finger foods in approximately 2 minutes 15 seconds. Upper tray can be used for bruschetta, goat cheese toasts, open-faced sandwiches and pastries.
