TRACTION LINE – solutions for different capacity requirements

The DIAMOND TRACTION LINE range is based on two configurations. D117E/7 provides a more compact solution for high continuous throughput, while D160E/7 extends the washing process with a separate pre-wash zone. Both model ranges are available with different rack transport directions.

D117E/7 – compact model with a capacity of 120 racks per hour

D117E/7 operates with standard 500 × 500 mm racks and provides a capacity of up to 120 racks per hour. Two transport speeds allow the rack flow to be adapted to the current workload and operating requirements. The 440 mm loading height provides sufficient clearance for larger items. Equipment includes double-wall construction, an atmospheric boiler with rinse pump and electronic controls for clear monitoring of the washing process.

D160E/7 – pre-washing before the main wash zone

D160E/7 is designed for more demanding applications with larger quantities of heavily soiled tableware. Its main difference compared with D117E/7 is the separate pre-wash zone, where part of the soil is removed before the rack enters the main washing section. Separating the pre-wash stage from the main washing process reduces the amount of soil carried into the following stage and supports consistent operation under prolonged workloads.

Transport direction to suit the installation

D117E/7 and D160E/7 are available in versions with different rack transport directions. This allows the machine configuration to be matched to the direction of tableware flow and the position of adjoining work areas when planning the warewashing zone.

D117E/7 or D160E/7?

D117E/7 is suitable where high throughput and a more compact machine configuration are the priorities. D160E/7 adds a separate pre-wash zone and is better suited to operations processing larger quantities of heavily soiled tableware. The choice therefore depends not only on the required capacity, but also on the type and condition of the tableware entering the washing process.
