- Inner and outer construction in stainless steel AISI 304, thermal insulation in ceramic fiber, control panel with stainless steel filter, preventing soiling of the components (ventilated panel), stainless steel feet. Cooking chamber: fully welded, completely watertight, rounded corners and edges without any roughness. Sealing gasket fixed on the front of the cooking chamber. Double-drawn bottom that separates condensation from the grease towards the drain. Standard steam condenser reducing the temperature of the condensate at the drain and limiting the steam outlet when the door is opened. Easily removable platinum door structure. Easily removable heat diffusers. Large motorized door allowing all types of cooking.
- Triple-glazed door: ergonomic and heat-insulated handle, automatic closing with two-step safety opening to protect against steam release, integrated condensation collector in the door, inner glass mounted on hinges to facilitate cleaning and ensure perfect hygiene. Air circulation between the glass panes ensures better thermal insulation. Micro-switch to stop the fan when the door is opened. Side LED lighting provides full visibility inside the chamber. Electric heating: by circular stainless-steel armoured heating elements positioned behind the fan deflectors. Steam: by stainless-steel armoured elements inside an external boiler (AISI 316 stainless steel). 7″ TOUCH SCREEN control panel with front accessibility for easy and quick maintenance, IPX5 protection rating (against water jet cleaning). “Energy Star” certified.
