Diamond immersion blenders are designed for fast blending and processing of soups, sauces, creams, purées and other liquid or semi-liquid foods directly in the container. Models with recommended processing volumes from 20 to 230 L are available with different shaft lengths and, depending on the model, variable speed control for different volumes and consistencies.
Immersion blender MIF-25 is a compact fixed-speed model designed for processing ingredients in containers with a capacity of up to 20 L. Standard equipment includes a detachable 250 mm stainless steel blending shaft.
Immersion blender 30 L MIV-30 is supplied with a detachable 300 mm stainless steel shaft. Variable speed control and soft start allow operation to be adapted to ingredient consistency while reducing splashing during start-up.
Immersion blender 80 L MIV-40 is supplied with a detachable 400 mm stainless steel blending shaft. Variable speed control and soft start adapt operation to the consistency of ingredients and reduce splashing during startup.
Immersion blender 100 L MAV-45 is supplied with a detachable 400-mm stainless steel blending shaft. Powerful motor, variable speed control and soft-start system provide efficient processing of larger batches and better control of the final consistency.
Immersion blender 230 L MAV-65 is supplied with a detachable 500-mm stainless steel blending shaft. Powerful motor and variable speed control control enable efficient processing of large batches and precise control of the required consistency.
Blending directly in the container
An immersion blender allows ingredients to be processed directly in a pot or other working container without transferring them to another vessel. It is used for preparing soups, sauces, creams, purées, dressings and other liquid or semi-liquid foods. When processing larger volumes, this simplifies preparation and reduces unnecessary handling of the ingredients.
Processing volume and batch size
When selecting an immersion blender, it is important to consider the quantity of food normally processed at one time. Individual models are designed for different container volumes and batch sizes, so the machine should be selected according to the actual volume of food being prepared. Models in this category are designed for processing volumes ranging approximately from 20 to 230 L.
Blending shaft length
The length of the blending shaft should be selected primarily according to the depth of the container. A longer shaft provides better reach when working with deeper pots and larger volumes. The correct combination of container size and shaft length makes the blender easier to handle and helps process the entire contents evenly.
Variable speed for different consistencies
Variable speed control allows the blender to be adjusted to the quantity and consistency of the food being processed. A lower speed provides greater control when starting or working with thinner mixtures, while a higher speed is suitable for more intensive blending and achieving a finer consistency. Variable speed control is available depending on the model.
Blending shafts and whisks
Selected models can be combined with blending shafts of different lengths or with whisk attachments. The blending shaft is designed for blending and homogenising liquid and semi-liquid foods, while whisks extend the use of the machine to whipping and mixing suitable preparations. Compatibility with the specific immersion blender model should always be checked when selecting accessories.
