Construction designed for corner installation
CORNER LINE differs from conventional pizza ovens in the shape of its front section. The angled section with the control panel faces the operator, while the oven construction is designed to make practical use of corner space. The large chamber also provides sufficient baking area for pizzas up to 500 mm in diameter.
Single-chamber capacity
One chamber accommodates 11 pizzas Ø 300 mm, 8 pizzas Ø 350 mm or 4 pizzas Ø 500 mm. Single- and double-chamber versions are available. Double-chamber models provide twice the capacity while retaining the corner configuration of the oven.
Independent upper and lower heat control
Electronic controls allow the chamber temperature to be set and the power of the upper and lower heating elements to be adjusted independently. Heating power can be selected in OFF, MIN 33% or MAX 100% modes. An acoustic signal alerts the operator when the selected baking time has elapsed.
Programmable start and use of accumulated heat
The oven can be programmed to switch on in advance with a countdown of up to 99 hours. The construction also uses heat accumulated beneath the oven floor and reuses it for heating. The control panel is removable, and the electronic components are cooled by a fan.
