Refrigerated topping units GASTRO LINE PLUS are designed for storing and presenting chilled ingredients in GN containers during food preparation. SX models use GN 1/4 (265 × 162 mm) containers, while SY models accommodate the larger GN 1/3 (325 × 176 mm) format. A straight tempered-glass cover protects the stored ingredients. Units can be placed on a worktable or combined with refrigerated pizza tables.

GASTRO LINE PLUS topping units feature a straight 10 mm tempered-glass cover. The glass construction protects GN containers with ingredients during food preparation and service. These units are suitable for pizzerias, bistros, cold kitchens and foodservice operations preparing salads, baguettes or sandwiches.
Even temperature distribution
The refrigeration system uses a delicate airflow to promote even temperature distribution throughout the area containing the GN containers. Ingredients are maintained at the required temperature across the refrigerated zone without intensive airflow directly over their surface.

SX models are suitable for working with a wider selection of ingredients in smaller quantities. SY models accommodate larger GN containers and provide more capacity for individual ingredients. Both groups are available in three lengths, allowing the unit to be selected according to the required capacity and available workspace.

A refrigerated topping unit can be positioned above a refrigerated pizza table, on a worktable or on a suitable overshelf. Optional stainless steel legs raise the unit above the work surface, leaving the space underneath available for food preparation.
