FORMING MACHINE PRESS LINE
PRESS LINE replaces manual dough stretching with mechanical pressing between two heated plates. During a short working cycle, the dough portion is formed into a round pizza base with the required thickness and diameter according to the selected model. The machines are made of stainless steel and designed for intensive use in pizzerias and high-volume foodservice operations.
Heated pressing plates
Two round pressing plates are heated by electric heating elements and their temperature is electronically controlled. Heat and pressure form the dough without manual stretching. The special plate profile also creates the raised edge of the pizza dough.
Adjustable pizza dough thickness
The distance between the pressing plates can be adjusted according to the required dough thickness. This allows the machine to be adapted to the dough being used and the required pizza base thickness without manually shaping each portion.
