Automatic mixing with ATOMIX LINE
A key feature of ATOMIX LINE is digital control of the mixing cycle. The mixer operates at two speeds, with a separate mixing time programmable for each speed. Once the cycle has been set, the individual stages can run automatically without continuous intervention by the operator.
Automatic or manual operating mode
The digital control panel allows operation in either automatic or manual mode. Automatic mode is suitable when preparing dough according to a defined recipe, while manual mode gives the operator direct control over the mixing process.
Stainless steel bowl and working components
The rotating bowl is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The working area is equipped with a spiral mixing tool and a stainless steel safety guard with microswitch. Opening the safety guard stops the machine.
Fixed or removable bowl
Depending on the model, ATOMIX LINE is available with a fixed bowl or with a tilting head and removable bowl. The removable-bowl version makes it easier to remove prepared dough, handle larger batches and access the working components during cleaning.
