- Each of two sealing bars combines one 3.5 mm convex sealing wire with one 1.1 mm round cutting wire.
- Sealing wires create airtight bag closures, while cutting wires prepare excess film edges for easy removal.
- Convex profile pushes food residue from between film layers, improving seal strength and reducing risk of leaks.
- Two opposing sealing bars allow multiple bags to be closed during one operating cycle.
- Bag sealing and preparation of excess film edges take place simultaneously.
- System replaces standard double seal on both bars and does not represent additional sealing bars.
