- Square feed neck enables fast loading and efficient work cycles during second and subsequent grinding.
- Only approximately 50–90 g of unprocessed meat remains inside grinding head after work cycle, minimizing product waste.
- Fan-cooled motor with power of 2.94 kW / 4 HP and IP55 protection is suitable for intensive and continuous operation.
- Hermetically sealed oil-bath gearbox with double protection against liquids ensures reliable operation of drive system.
- Stainless steel 24 V controls with IP67 protection feature reverse function for releasing blocked grinding mechanism.
- Mincer is supplied as standard with stainless steel self-sharpening knife and stainless steel grinding plate with 4.5 mm holes.
- PCH version includes adapter for connecting hamburger patty former for subsequent forming of ground meat portions.
