Banqueting trolleys and racks allow larger quantities of plated meals to be prepared and loaded together into a compatible combi oven. They simplify handling in hotels, catering operations, institutional kitchens and organised meal service.

Choosing the right capacity

• Banqueting racks for combi ovens with a capacity of 10 × GN 1/1 are available for 23 or 30 plates with a maximum diameter of 310 mm. The models differ in the spacing between individual levels.
• Banqueting trolleys with plate racks for 20 × GN 1/1 combi ovens accommodate 45 or 54 plates with a maximum diameter of 310 mm. They are suitable for larger hotels, catering, banqueting operations and intensive meal service.

Insulated covers and protective covers

Insulated covers help reduce heat loss while banqueting racks are being moved or waiting for service. Versions are available for systems with capacities of 10 × GN 1/1 and 20 × GN 1/1. The PVC cover protects the plate rack and its contents during storage or transport. Covers must be selected according to the dimensions and reference of the compatible rack, trolley or plate stand.
