Electric combi ovens from model range C feature digital controls and generate steam by injecting water directly into the cooking chamber. Product range includes 6x GN 1/1, 10x GN 1/1, 10x GN 2/1, 20x GN 1/1, and 20x GN 2/1 models.
Combi ovens from model range C combine controlled hot-air circulation with adjustable chamber humidity. Temperature, humidity, fan speed, and individual cooking stages can be set according to the required cooking process.
Water is injected directly into the heated cooking chamber, where it is converted into steam. Eleven humidity levels allow the amount of moisture to be adjusted to the ingredients being prepared. Unlike model ranges AS and AT, steam is not generated in a boiler.
Backlit buttons provide control over temperature, time, humidity, and fan speed. Up to 100 recipes can be stored, with each program containing up to four stages. Five fan speeds from 300 to 1,500 rpm and reverse rotation support even air circulation throughout the cooking chamber.
Combi ovens are suitable for preparing meat, fish, vegetables, side dishes, and other foods. They support cooking, roasting, baking, regeneration, and combined heat-and-humidity processes. Suitable applications include restaurants, hotels, fast-food chains, school kitchens, canteens, residential care facilities, and institutional catering operations.
Models 6x GN 1/1 and 10x GN 1/1 are designed for kitchens with small to medium production volumes. Versions 10x GN 2/1, 20x GN 1/1, and 20x GN 2/1 accommodate larger quantities of ingredients and higher numbers of portions.
Model range C features digital button controls and injection-based steam generation. Model range CT uses the same steam system but adds a touchscreen control panel and expanded programming functions. Boiler-equipped model ranges AS and AT generate steam in an integrated boiler; AS features digital button controls, while AT uses a touchscreen panel.
Available capacities make it possible to select an oven according to actual kitchen workload and the required gastronorm pan format without unnecessary oversizing.
